I am a multi-faceted professional currently navigating my “mom life era” alongside my husband, our newborn, and our pack of six dogs. My life is a balance of high-level business strategy and a deep-rooted passion for holistic wellness. Whether I am managing the employee lifecycle at AFN or preparing for my transition into clinical practice, I approach every challenge with a proactive, adaptive leadership style and a genuine love for solving complex problems.

Based out of:

When I’m not immersed in my work or studies, I’m usually found around horses—a childhood passion that has evolved into playing polo as an adult. I thrive on being active, whether I’m tackling the hike to Potato Chip Rock in San Diego or enjoying the energy of a beach day. For true relaxation, I love “lazy days” spent with my family or diving into my favorite fandoms like Lord of the Rings—I can actually quote The Fellowship of the Ring almost in its entirety—Harry Potter, or a good serial killer documentary.
My expertise lies at the intersection of operational efficiency and human-centered care. I specialize in bridging the gap between core business operations—such as lender relations and technology infrastructure—and strategic talent acquisition. Beyond the corporate sphere, I possess a deep understanding of the body’s innate ability to heal, particularly through the lenses of massage therapy and the intricate principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture.
My academic journey was driven by a fascination with Eastern healing practices, leading me to earn both my Master’s and my Doctorate of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from the Pacific College of Health and Science in San Diego in 2024. I am currently in the final stages of this journey, studying for my board exams to officially begin my practice as a licensed clinician.
