As a kid, my big hobby was using my voicesinging whenever I felt overwhelmed or misunderstoodand that interest has stayed with me as a vital way to cope, connect, and process emotions. When it comes to travel, I am a passive traveler who prefers soaking in the atmosphere of a cafe or relaxing on a beach rather than following a packed schedule of activities. I also enjoy dancing, a skill completely unrelated to my career that I use purely for self-expression and confidence. Beyond these creative outlets, I have a professional background in the BPO industry, having served as an Outbound Sales Agent at ResultsCX and a Customer Service Representative at TTEC Philippines. While my career has focused on communication and support, I also possess a “hidden” talent for observing small details in people, like shifts in tone or body language, which helps me understand and connect with others on a deeper level.
Outside of work, I enjoy finding peaceful cafés with good food and drinksa quiet space where I can have short moments of me time, release the stress from work, and redeem myself.
