I have always been driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, a trait I’ve carried since I was ten years old when I started taking on odd jobs like babysitting and car washing. That early need for independence and resourcefulness has shaped my entire career path. Today, I serve as the Director of Training and Program Development at Advance Funds Network, where I have spent the last five years driving organizational growth and efficiency. I’m a firm believer in the power of continuous learning, and I take a hands-on approach to leadership by fostering an environment where my team feels empowered to excel and contribute to our collective success.

My professional strengths lie in financial training, funding support, and the strategic development of high-performing teams. I specifically specialize in the transition of talent, training representatives to evolve into confident and effective account executives. I pride myself on my ability to educate and empower my colleagues, ensuring they have the specialized knowledge required to navigate their financial roles with precision and excellence.
Prior to my five-year tenure in leadership at Advance Funds Network, I built a professional foundation in the residential real estate industry. Working as a real estate appraiser gave me a keen eye for detail and an analytical mindset that I still use today. Throughout my career, I have transitioned from evaluating property to evaluating and developing human potential, consistently focusing on how to streamline processes and maximize efficiency within an organization.
I hold an Associate’s degree in Business, which provided the formal framework for my career in the corporate and financial sectors. However, I consider myself a lifelong student; I am constantly seeking out new skills and professional development opportunities to stay ahead of industry trends and refine my leadership capabilities.
To maintain a healthy balance between creativity and wellness, I dedicate my free time to a variety of active and artistic pursuits. I am a self-taught artist working with acrylics and oils, and I find a unique peace in gardening—a hobby that has taught me the resilience of nature, like how roses can surprisingly thrive in the harsh shifts of a desert climate. When I’m not tackling a DIY home improvement project, I stay active through pickleball or by planning my next adventure. I prefer the rugged exploration of hiking over a typical beach day, and Alaska is currently at the very top of my travel list.
