My professional foundation was built in the fast-paced service industry, where I managed a highly successful, multi-location coffee and food distribution operation. This role taught me the “DNA” of business—from logistics and supply chains to the vital importance of client satisfaction. Parallel to my corporate work, I spent years as a high school girls’ volleyball coach. While coaching was a labor of love, it was one of my most profound leadership experiences; it allowed me to mentor young athletes through the discipline of team sports, helping them transition from students to confident, capable young women.

My education has been defined by hands-on leadership and real-world results. While I have mastered the technicalities of the finance industry through direct experience in deal structuring, my formative “classrooms” were the distribution centers I managed and the courts I coached on. I believe that the most valuable lessons in business—accountability, resilience, and strategic thinking—are learned through managing complex operations and leading diverse teams toward a common goal.
